The 2021 revisions to the Office/Other Outpatient E/M Visit Services are still being questioned by practices when putting them into practice. Under what circumstances can reviewing/analyzing data be counted? When is a stable, chronic condition not stable? We will walk through the MDM Table and discuss each element, how each column is determined, and how the columns work together for a final level determination. Multiple examples will be worked through to ensure a better understanding of the MDM Table.
