What is included in the webinar?

Every on-demand webinar purchased will include video access to the recording of the webinar, a pdf download of the handouts, and any supplemental material offered for that specific subject.

Is it really only $49?

Yes!  At CHCS we don’t believe that good, quality education should not be out of reach for anyone.  In these times, we understand that people are struggling, but need CEUs to keep current and keep their credentials.  We also hope that our lower price will keep you coming back to us for your CEU needs and that you will help spread the word on what a good value you found.  The best advertisement is a happy customer.

Can we get a group discount?

If there is a specific education offering that you would like to share with your entire office/staff, just let us know.  Group discounts are available.  Each attendee would need to complete the post-quiz to obtain CEUs.  Contact us at info@chcs.consulting so we can set up a time to discuss your needs.

How can I contact eLearning Support?

Contact us at support@chcs.consulting. Be sure to include your first and last name, contact email, and the issue. You will be contacted within 3 business days.

Can I get a refund?

We do not issue refunds. If you missed a live course, you can watch the recorded broadcast on the course page.

How will I get my CEUs?

After watching the on-demand education, if CEUs are available, you will need to take a multiple-choice quiz on the material.  You must attain a 70% or higher to pass and obtain your CEU.

What happens if I don't pass the quiz?

If you do not achieve 70% on the quiz, you will need to retake as many times as needed until you pass.  You may watch the webinar again if needed prior to retaking the quiz.

How long will this course be available?

Our industry changes constantly, so it is important that you are getting current information.  CHCS webinars and courses are checked monthly for relevancy.  They will remain on the site until there are changes to that specific subject that require updating.  Once updated, the new version will then be made available.

What if I can't make the live session?

If you have paid for a live session and are unable to attend, the live recording will be available on the course page after the live course has ended. Refunds will not be issued.
